Refunds&Exchanges

Our refund/exchange policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund/exchange.

If you need to refund/exchange an item for the same item, reach out to us through our email for exchange approval and instructions on how the exchange will be done.

To be eligible for a refund/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

all refunds/exchanges are subject to 100EGP fee (delivery fees for the exchange/return).

 

Non-exchangeable items

There are certain situations where exchanges won't be accepted:

Items bought during any promotion/sale are currently non refundable, and are eligible for exchange only.
 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery.
