REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Refunds&Exchanges

Our refund/exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund/exchange.

If you need to refund/exchange an item for the same item, reach out to us through our email for exchange approval and instructions on how the exchange will be done.

To be eligible for a refund/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and with it's ticket on.

all refunds/exchanges are subject to 100EGP fee (delivery fees for the exchange/return).

 

Non-exchangeable items

There are certain situations where exchanges won't be accepted:

Items bought during any promotion/sale/using promo code, are currently non refundable, and are eligible for exchange only.
 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

All orders during Black Friday Promotion are non refundable, and only exchangeable with the same item if there is stock from it.
