
REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Refunds&Exchanges
Our refund/exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund/exchange.
If you need to refund/exchange an item for the same item, reach out to us through Instagram dms only for exchange approval and instructions on how the exchange will be done.
To be eligible for a refund/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and with it's ticket on.
all refunds/exchanges are subject to a fee (delivery fees for the exchange/return separate from the original delivery fees paid).
Non-refundable items
There are certain situations where refunds/returns won't be accepted:
Items bought during any promotion/sale/using promo code, are currently non refundable, and are eligible for exchange only.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error, is not exchangeable nor returnable.
Any item that is returned/exchanged more than 14 days after delivery.
